tell us what you are watching. nicole: keeping a close here on cbs and hulu, we are starting to learn a little more about this licensing deal that was announced today. reaching a multiyear deal between cbs and also hulu which is in part owned by our parent newscorp. but it is all about the idea here that they are going to stream shows, include -- and this will begin next year -- including names like medium, csi miami, i love lucy, i saw her crushing grapes this morning when i was flipping through the channels, the twilight zone, clips from entertainment tonight, just to name a few. this will go through the hulu subscription, service hulu plus, cbs has reported this. the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. we talk about time warner losing subscribers, and this is one of the reasons why, when you have competition like hulu and netflix. back to you. liz: thank you nicole very much. that grapes being crushed by the feet, classic. i think the word uncertainty has been used 50 times so far today. >> then i won't use the word uncertainty. i have to tell you not pleased that we're here on veteran's day, i think it is a little bit embarrassment we are open. but here we are. very low volume. very hard to read anything into the trading today. you mentioned some top stories coming in, the housing stocks, a favorite sector of the hedge funds in particular. but you have to keep in mind they are at the back end of their christmas season, if you will. a little bit dangerous place for investors to be. big picture i think we're kind of testing a low range of the bottom i have been calling for for quite a while. it was a little painful. i think we're near that point. if you are an individual investor, this is the time you need to have your shopping list and start adding to your cart. cheryl: with the homebuilders in particular, they were run up some of them 150% over the last year. when they make those dips, you do like sectors like that? >> yeah, but the housing sector was one of those great investing opportunities of a lifetime

an etf you're recommending to us. do you think high yield does not equate a good choice as far as the stock goes? >> if you're getting high yield, that is a higher strategy. if you're owning several hundred companies inside of an etf with the high yield, that is a different proposition. cheryl: an etf, do you have a specific etf you like that you are geared towards right now? we will get more specific than that. >> we don't recommend one specific one but the advisors have been looking at higher-yielding part of the market. looking at u.s. large-cap, quality portfolios with yields north of where the s&p is. if you can pay 3%, that is terrific for treasuries only paying about 1.6. cheryl: it seems small businesses, small cap kind of a bias against them right now. >> typically they be better coming out of recession or when there is demand. the new stronger growth rate in the u.s. a pickup, personal income, most of the small caps will not benefit from what is going on. cheryl: we were looking at it was fascinating to watc
